Cute 4th of July Accessory

I very rarely buy articles of clothing, however, accessories are my weakness.  My philosophy has always been to buy simple shirts that I can wear with anything and then I use accessories to spice it up.  A necklace or scarf is much cheaper than a new shirt! So I am always on the look out for cute ideas.  I saw this one on Etsy and thought it was cute with 4th of July coming up.

On Etsy, it is listed for $20.00.  As a frugal person, I cringe thinking about spending that much on a bracelet!  So my plan for achieving this adorable look for less is to search local thrift stores, garage sales, and Walmart.  The key is finding a bunch of individual bracelets and then combining them to create this super cute look!
